Ultra High Vacuum
Kyocera's metallized parts are adopted in sealed containers (chambers) used for manufacturing and testing in environments different from the atmosphere, such as vacuum, liquid, and gas environments. They are widely used for hermetic terminals for inputting and outputting signals, current and voltage, and sapphire windows for observing the state inside the chamber.
