STEP 1
Clarification of required functions
We will ask you about your interest in technical ceramics to resolve current problems. Simply let us know what functions you want ceramics to have, such as insulation, heat resistance, wear resistance, chemical resistance, rigidity, etc. Also, please share a drawing that includes the shape and dimensional information. -
STEP 2
Understanding the conditions of use
Please let us know the environment/atmosphere, temperature (ordinary temperature, high temperature, temperature gradient, etc.) and load conditions (no load, static load, dynamic load, impact, etc.) to be used. -
STEP 3
Functional design
Based on the information we receive, we will review the purpose of use and the ideal conditions to examine problems within the ceramic design. We will consider operating conditions and help select the appropriate material. From there, we will refine and optimize the design accordingly.Material Selection Support
Our experienced engineers will suggest materials that meet the customer's needs from various perspectives such as material properties, productivity, cost, etc. -
STEP 4
Manufacturing design
We will consider the optimal manufacturing method from various ceramic forming methods, sintering methods and grinding methods.
