LTCC (Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics)
Ceramics co-fired at lower temperatures due to the inclusion of glass materials, enabling the use of low-resistance conductors like copper. This type of ceramic is often called "glass-ceramic." In contrast, Alumina is categorized as a "High-Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic" (HTCC).
LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging)
A methodology using laser light to measure the distance to an object by analyzing reflected light.
Line Sensor
An image sensor that captures images in a linear fashion. By moving either the sensor or the object, a two-dimensional image can be obtained.
