Senmaruya is a Yuba-making specialty store with over 200 years of history and located in Kyoto’s Sakaimachi district. Yuba is one of Japan's traditional food ingredients, said to have spread among monks about 800 years ago. Today, Yuba is known as a traditional Kyoto delicacy.
