Asao is developing a medtech wearable headset for patients recovering from COVID19. A sensor on the headset's earlobe measures blood oxygen saturation, heart rate etc. At the same time, the bone conduction audio system allows seamless and remote doctors-patient communication.
Through this system, Asao aims to improve remote rehabilitation guidance and reduce the burden of medical and nursing care during the pandemic.
Asao doesn't just develop technology for doctors, he helps out on the front line as well. During his days off, he volunteers helping house call doctors visiting patients. And when he's not helping support the healthcare industry, Asao also volunteers teaching children's karate at a local dojo.
Keep up the good work, Asao!
