Meet Rupinder Bhathal, a Deputy General Manager with Kyocera International's Corporate Development Group.
She has held several roles in her 11-year tenure with the company and is now responsible for driving new growth initiatives in North America via acquisitions, investments, and partnerships.
Rupinder likes to describe Kyocera to overseas audiences as "the biggest company you've never heard of but you are using our products all the time" noting that the company started as a small ceramics manufacturer in Kyoto in 1959 but has expanded into industries such as consumer electronics, healthcare, and consumer goods.
Last year she gave a fireside chat with the Sales & Marketing Leadership Alliance where she gave many insights on Kyocera's corporate philosophy and her journey so far in the company.
