Finding the motivation to continue innovating, day after day, requires a sense of purpose and meaning. Especially when starting a new project or business, it is too easy to say at the beginning that "we need more money to make this happen," when all we really need is action. Just buying up equipment and resources will not guarantee that any project succeeds. It is far better to find a solution by summoning our original sense of mission.
