"You must continuously think about how to improve your work. This will lead to constant innovation." - Kazuo Inamori, Founder of Kyocera

The term "creativity" gets thrown around a lot in business. It's misinterpreted in many fields where basic daily creativity could bring enormous change if repeated over the long term.

For many, creativity means a "spark" or "lightbulb" that goes off, leading to game-changing innovation. This interpretation leads many people to brush themselves off as "non-creative" individuals. In truth, creativity doesn't need such a high pedestal. Simply looking at your work with the rationality and analysis of an engineer, and seeking small, constant, daily improvements - so that today is better than yesterday, and tomorrow is better than today - this will undoubtedly lead to drastic improvements and innovations when repeated over time.
