Kyocera is developing a new Customer Preference Management System to digitalize customer preferences at retail stores and enhance service in the OMO (Online Merges with Offline) apparel industry.

By offering a new tool for retail stores to communicate with customers through digital marketing, Kyocera also hopes to improve customer relationships, in-store efficiency, inventory management, and reduce clothing waste.

We are currently testing the system with TSI HOLDINGS CO., LTD., a major Japanese apparel company.
