Meet Cynthia Ferrell, Sr. Divisional Vice President for the Display, Automotive, Optical, and Consumer Products Divisions at Kyocera International Inc. (KII) in Detroit, USA.
At Kyocera, she provides support and leadership for her team to improve customer satisfaction and achieve long-term growth for the division.
Thus far, Cynthia's most fulfilling project was when KII Display received a "Special Achievement" award for collaboration with DENSO's design team to develop their new head-up displays (HUD). As a result, KII Display was chosen as the vendor partner for HUD applications. KII also expedited the production of specialized display products for medical and industrial equipment to support the fight against COVID-19.
What she appreciates about working for Kyocera is its commitment to employee welfare, especially leadership's efforts during the pandemic to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all. She appreciates Kyocera's "commitment to human resources and its continuous efforts to contribute to society is the heart of its philosophy."
In her free time, Cynthia enjoys photography, hiking local nature trails, and cooking.
