Kyocera's "Corporate Solar Energy Group" was renamed "Corporate Smart Energy Group" as of April 1, 2020.
Currently, there is an urgent need to expand the use of renewable energy both in Japan and overseas in order to preserve the Earth's environment and combat global warming.
Kyocera's new Corporate Smart Energy Group will focus on growing its power service business utilizing solar power generating systems, promoting services such as regional energy management, as well as developing and manufacturing solar power generating systems, storage batteries, SOFC fuel cells, and more. By renaming the business division, Kyocera aims to further contribute to the realization of a sustainable low-carbon society with advanced energy management services and solutions.
