Operated by Kyocera, the Inamori Library invites visitors to explore the life and legacy of Kazuo Inamori--founder of Kyocera and KDDI, and the visionary who led the remarkable turnaround of Japan Airlines. Through engaging exhibits and videos, the library showcases his achievements in technology, unique management philosophy, personal beliefs, and many other contributions to society.

In fiscal 2024, the Inamori Library welcomed a record 30,000 visitors, and by June 2025, total attendance had surpassed 200,000. Guests range from students to top executives, with many traveling from overseas to study his legacy. In today's rapidly changing world, Inamori's principles--such as "Is My Motive Virtuous or Selfish?" and "Management by All"--are once again capturing attention.

The exhibits and videos on each floor are more than just sources of information; they provide an opportunity to reflect on your own way of living. Whether you are leading a company or building your personal career, you are sure to discover insights here that can enrich not only your work, but your life as a whole.
