Food connects us beyond borders‼ Over the weekend, colleagues of different nationalities working in Kyocera enjoyed participation in a World Flavor BBQ event. Around 20 colleagues including several Japanese joined the event where each participant brought their own country's cuisine to share. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, we shared stories about our work and each country's food cultures, sparking lively conversations across departments. These exchanges led to new discoveries and moments of genuine connection.
Participants said things like, "I met new people, discovered new things, and was able to share cultural and value differences," and "I had a great time in an open, free minded environment."
