By respecting the individuality and values of each employee, and creating a workplace environment where diverse team members can work with satisfaction, Kyocera aims to become a company full of vitality that continues to grow. Closing the gender gap and fostering a social climate that respects diversity are among the important management issues Kyocera is addressing to achieve future growth and development.

Girls Meet STEM Career provides tours of offices, factories, and laboratories, and hosts online roundtable discussions for girls from the first year of middle school to the third year of high school.

The purpose of this program is to broaden the range of career options by providing opportunities for students to interact with women who work in STEM careers. Through this program, Kyocera hopes to help reduce the gender gap, which has become a social issue.

Kyocera will continue empowering diverse individuals to contribute their abilities and skills toward a brighter future.
