Live a Contrite Life

If we wish to improve ourselves, we must examine our daily judgments and behavior humbly and severely to see if they are "just and fair, right as a human being, and without greed or arrogance."

Only by remembering our ideal selves, and correcting ourselves by saying, "Do not behave in an ugly manner," or "Don't be such a coward," can we begin to avoid errors.

Being busy, we tend to lose ourselves in the shuffle. Consciously reflecting on our behavior is a habit we must still acquire. That is how we correct our faults and improve ourselves.
