At Kyocera, organizational units called Amoebas form the basis of management.

Every Amoeba is managed autonomously and independently. Every member is free to voice opinions, express concern and participate in management. This spirit encourages all members to participate, rather than just a handful. Members manifest their personal potential by participating in management and by joining forces toward the group's goal.

This spirit of full participation is reflected in our open daily relationships. "Compas" (offsite gatherings) and other company events are all cherished as opportunities to nurture our camaraderie and "family consciousness."
