In managing any kind of organization, the most important factor is whether or not it is headed by a truly competent person.

Truly competent persons are those who can accomplish their assigned tasks, and are respected, trusted and willing to use their abilities for others. An organization should cultivate a climate in which such individuals are given the appropriate positions and opportunities to fully exercise their abilities. A merit-based organization is stronger and a benefit to all.
