Kyocera provides RF absorber lids for fiber-optic communication modules and wireless communication modules.

• Outgas-free ceramic RF absorber
• Solution to cavity resonance and electromagnetic interference (EMI) noise in the cavity
• Good absorption characteristics even in the high frequency range above 100GHz
• Hermetically sealable lids are available (see photo at left).
  RF absorber is bonded onto the metal lid.
