Diesel Fuel-Injection Components
High-pressure fuel injection offers great potential for improving fuel efficiency and reducing exhaust pollution from diesel engines. Ceramic sliding components, which offer extreme wear resistance and anti-seizure characteristics, can maximize this potential. Kyocera produces a wide range of ceramic sliding components that can allow fuel pumps to operate at extremely high pressure without compromising reliability.
