What is right as a human being is the basis of the Kyocera Philosophy

During my time at Shofu Industries, whenever I identified a way of thinking or an attitude that struck me as necessary for doing my work, I would write it down immediately in the margins of my research and experimentation notebook. Later, when I was leading Kyocera, I would pull out those notes containing my personal views on the essentials of work, and add details that I had noticed after becoming involved in management. Those notes became the prototype of my management philosophy, the Kyocera Philosophy.
What is right as a human being is the heart of the Kyocera Philosophy. This concept epitomizes the correct way of thinking. In other words, the Kyocera Philosophy is founded on the most fundamental morals and ethics of our humanity.
