Be Bold and Meticulous

Boldness and meticulousness seem to be opposing qualities. Nonetheless, we must have both to produce perfect work.

Possessing these opposing qualities does not mean we must compromise. Rather, think of weaving a fabric with boldness as the "warp" threads and meticulousness as the "weft" threads. The two threads appear in turn. Our boldness advances our work dynamically while detail-orientation prevents us from making mistakes.

Initially, it may be difficult to be both bold and meticulous, but as we strive to do so throughout different aspects of our work, we'll learn to embrace both qualities.
