Conceive Optimistically, Plan Pessimistically, and Execute Optimistically

To accomplish something new, it is very important to be hopeful and optimistically envision an ideal outcome.

We should trust in the unlimited capabilities given to us, and encourage ourselves by saying, "We can do it." In the planning process, however, we should review our concept from a pessimistic perspective while maintaining a strong will to achieve our goal no matter what. We should try to identify all potential problems and plan how we will deal with them.

And in the execution process, we should proceed optimistically and vigorously, saying to ourselves, "We can do it."
