What are the Seven Keys to Motivating Employees?

If you want to grow your company, first and foremost, your employees must respect and admire you — in other words, develop a deep affection for you. Accomplish this by talking to them about the significance of their work, describing your grand vision, clearly defining the company's mission, and continuously talking about your company's philosophy — all while working to elevate your own character.

I believe that successful business management rests first on dedicating yourself to these actions so that employees will grow to share your goals and philosophy. Second, you must increase their motivation.
