Fall 2022 Special Exhibition: The Journey of Kazuo Inamori – Aiming for "The Ideal Company"

During his 90-year life, Kazuo Inamori built Kyocera from scratch into a company approaching 2 trillion yen in sales. Additionally, he founded Daini Denden (now KDDI), and was instrumental in the restructuring of Japan Airlines. Inamori also devoted himself to serving humanity and society, including passionate work to create the Kyoto Prize and support the activities of the Seiwajyuku management association.

His journey embodied Kyocera's management philosophy of pursuing "the material and intellectual growth of all employees, while contributing to the advancement of humanity and society." He relentlessly embraced new challenges aimed at establishing Kyocera as "the ideal company." This special exhibition presents Inamori's journey through photos, videos, and historical context.
