2021: "New Kyocera Businesses, Built From Scratch: The Organization Culture That Brought Them to Life"

We examined a series of new products and businesses that were built from scratch at Kyocera through the inspiration and contributions of ordinary employees, as well as the company philosophy and organizational culture at the backdrop of their success.
This exhibition explores seven ventures born from Kyocera employees' ideas, revealing how they were conceived and how they led to Kyocera's growth. It introduces Kyocera's unique corporate culture, including the communication and interaction between leaders and employees, the passion of those contributing their ideas, and the organizational climate that inspires employees to seek new challenges.

Kyocera has given birth to many new businesses from inspiration, ideas, and information contributed by employees. How were these ideas conceived, and how did they grow into businesses? Many principles outlined in the Kyocera Philosophy have been key to their success. We've prepared five videos in which Inamori passionately discusses these Kyocera Philosophy principles in his own words.
