2018: "Amoeba Management: Achieving Management By All"
Formulated from the business leadership experiences of Kazuo Inamori, the Amoeba Management System has supported the development of Kyocera, KDDI, Japan Airlines, and approximately 700 other companies that have adopted it (as of 2018).
In this special exhibition, we focused on the theme of "Management by All," a central principle of the Amoeba system, in which all employees set high goals with a managerial mindset and proactively challenge themselves to achieve them.
Amoeba Management is a unique system that Inamori developed while running his company. By dividing the organization into small groups and managing them as independent profit centers with an accounting system directly linked to the market, Amoeba Management fosters leaders with a managerial mindset, enabling "management by all," in which every employee participates in management.
