Subdivide the Organization
1. Organization supports function
Based on the idea that we should "Create an organization to support the necessary functions of the company," we clarify the minimum necessary functions and then build a lean organization with no waste.
2. Subdividing the organization
We subdivide the organization supporting each function to satisfy three conditions:
- ① It generates revenue and its expenses can be calculated.
- ② It could exist as an independent business.
- ③ Subdividing it must not hinder the company's overall objectives or policies.
