Philosophy

We often hear that "actions speak louder than words." At Kyocera, however, we say, "Boast and make it come true."

First, we must take the initiative by raising our hand and declaring, "I'll do it!" This shows everyone that we are taking a leadership role, and leaves us no escape. It puts double pressure on us, both internally and externally, and forces us to achieve the goal.

At morning meetings and other occasions, we must grasp every opportunity to share our ideas in front of others. Our own words will encourage us and provide energy for action.
