Philosophy

"Wrestle in the center of the ring" means to act on challenges immediately, instead of waiting until you are pushed to the edge by a deadline.

Take product delivery dates as an example. We shouldn't think about completing the product by the promised date. We should set our internal completion date days ahead of the delivery date, and make every possible effort to meet that target. This way, even if unexpected trouble occurs, we can still correct the problem without inconveniencing the customer.

By doing so, we protect our work with a "safety valve" and ensure that it proceeds dependably.
