This book emphasizes how important it is to act on good intentions, and how doing so can yield wonderful results. It includes six lectures by Inamori, originally published in the monthly magazine "Chichi." Together, they span his career from age 55, three years after the founding of Daini Denden (now KDDI), to age 81, following the reconstruction of Japan Airlines.
