Management
Principle 9: Face Every Challenge with Courage
Do not behave like a coward.
"Courage" is essential when making decisions. I believe that if you make decisions based on the fundamental principle of "Doing what is right as a human being," there will be no mistakes. I've always strived to manage from this belief.
Of course, standing firm on these principles sometimes brings personal challenges and even criticism from others. Still, you must firmly make decisions that you believe are best for the company. This is the mark of a truly courageous business manager.
