Management

Management is the manifestation of your will. Whenever you envision a goal, a powerful and intense determination is necessary to achieve it.

Gaining the empathy of employees is therefore an essential activity during this process. While management goals originate from a business manager's will, it's equally important to mold these goals into something every employee is motivated to pursue. Essentially, the management goal, which originates from a business manager's will, must transform into the collective will of all employees.
