Management

The Principle of Perfectionism

In research and development or manufacturing, minor mistakes can lead to research failures or product defects. Therefore, ambiguity and compromise must be eliminated, and perfection must be demanded in every task.

In other areas, including indirect or administrative departments, people tend to think, 'Minor errors are inevitable; they can be erased with an eraser.' However, even a slight error in fundamental numbers can lead to poor management decisions, especially in investment planning or cost management. Therefore, upholding the principle of perfectionism is essential not just in operations but also in management, sales, and especially in accounting departments.
