The Principle of One-to-One Correspondence

The "Principle of One-to-One Correspondence" means that correct documentation must be created for, and must accompany, any movement of money or goods.

While it may seem simple to ensure that the movement of goods and money is always processed one-to-one, it's a crucial aspect of maintaining healthy management. The importance of this becomes clear when one considers the potential for malfeasance and scandal.

By ensuring that everyone in the organization rigorously adheres to the "Principle of One-to-One Correspondence," corporate misconduct can be preemptively thwarted, ethical standards elevated, and trust in the company among employees can be enhanced.
