The Kyocera Group established an Environmental Accounting system starting in FY2003. In business activities, the cost spent on environmental preservation, its preservation effects, and resulting economic effects are all expressed quantitatively to provide feedback for active environmental preservation measures.

 Environmental Accounting Analysis Results (FY2018)
In FY2018, our efforts achieved a financial effect of 900 million yen by active promotion of energy saving and waste reduction relative to an investment of 556 million yen.
