KYOCERA Solar Report |
 |
When the first oil crisis hit in 1973, Kyocera realized that in the future solar energy technology would become an indispensable source of energy supply in Japan, a country lacking in natural resources. That conviction led us to develop solar power generating systems which are now in use around the world. Consistently, Kyocera has been determined to push forward with research and development of solar energy, despite changing social conditions and fluctuations in public demand for alternative energy. For more than 3 decades, Kyocera has been supplying solar power equipment all over the world. Our achievements speak to the high reliability of our products, and we are continuing forward with further activities to spread the use of solar energy across the globe. The following is an introduction to Kyocera's current developments. |
