Cost Advantage

  Low CapEx and OpEx.
Low CapEx and OpEx.
As iBurst operates at or below 2.5GHz, CapEx is also low. Why? Because higher-frequency radio wave like 3.5GHz have greater directivity and attenuation, such that each station has a narrower coverage and more base stations are required to cover the same area. (See the chart right above.)
Low-cost system building and low total cost of ownership can be facilitated by deployment of iBurst.
iBurst base stations are compact and use a highly durable weather-resistant housing.
