KYOCERA Signs Naming Rights Agreement for Osaka Dome

Kyocera Corporation (President: Makoto Kawamura) today announced that the Company has signed an agreement for a naming rights (facility naming rights) partnership with Osaka City Dome Co., Ltd., the owners of Osaka Dome.
The agreement was signed later than originally expected date because of the need to complete various preparations. As all the preparations are now completed, Osaka Dome will be renamed from July 1, 2006. The new name will be Kyocera Dome Osaka.

[Basic Information on the Naming Rights Partnership]
1. New name of the dome (as commonly used)

English name KYOCERA DOME OSAKA

2. Effective from:
July 1, 2006

3. Contract term:
From July 1, 2006 to March 31, 2011

4. Main locations at which the new name will be displayed
  - Locations where the new name is displayed from July 1:
A gate billboard (18 m x 1.15 m) on the second floor of the east entrance and facility information boards at the Dome

  - Locations where the new name will be ready to be displayed within July:
Gate billboards (18 m x 1.15 m) on the second floor of the south and north entrances
Grass surfaces on the ground (20 m x 2 m, two locations)
A billboard above the Dome Vision, printed literature about the Dome and elsewhere

5. Billboard replacement
Billboard replacement at the east entrance, which is the main entrance to the Dome, is expected to be completed by June 30.
