Progress in Day-to-Day Work

Mutual trust is a reflection of one's heart. For example, you must continue to trust people even when you have incurred a loss. Mutual trust can emerge only from this way of thinking. Trust is not something to be sought outside. You must look within for trust.
Passion becomes the source of success. The stronger the will, zeal and passion to succeed are, the greater the likelihood of success. Having a strong desire and passion for success means thinking about matters 24 hours a day — whether awake or asleep.
Pricing is management. If a manager is aggressive, aggressive pricing will follow; if the manager is cautious, conservative pricing will follow. The goal of pricing is to find the highest price that the customer will happily pay. Pricing reflects the capabilities of the manager, and the management philosophy.
Wrestle in the center of the ring. Realize a sense of crisis while you still have plenty of room to maneuver, and take whatever action is necessary. This is the secret of stability in business.
Business management is simple. We just run a business according to the simplest formula- that is, generate the highest profit by maximizing revenues and minimizing expenses.
A company has many vortices of business. If you simply drift aimlessly around them, eventually you will be sucked into one. To taste the true enjoyment and real pleasure of a job, you need to become the center of your own vortex. You will need to become independently and actively involved in your work, to the extent of pulling in other people around you.
If you as the seller possess a high moral outlook and virtue, you will obtain more than trust. When you earn the "respect" of the customer, then the customer is likely to stay with you even if another company offers a lower price. The secret of business is to earn the respect of customers.
To make your business successful, you must first have a dream to which you can devote yourself. Becoming intoxicated with a dream gives us the passion to bring into it reality. Of course, once we actually start a business, we must rely on logic to avoid undue risk and establish thorough, concrete strategies to bring the project to its successful completion.
Conceive optimistically, plan pessimistically, and execute optimistically.
There is only one motivational force for inspiring people: fairness and selflessness.
There may be many people who feel trickery is essential in corporate management. Such wiles are absolutely unnecessary. If you exercise your utmost ability today, the future will open up for you.
Project your abilities into the future. Dare to set goals exceeding your current ability. Then think about ways to raise your ability to the level at which you can accomplish your goals.
Products reflect the heart of their makers. Rough craftsmen make rough products and sensitive artists produce delicate work. Create products with a refined and concentrated approach, to the extent of being able to "listen to what the product says."
Turning dreams into reality requires a strong will and passion. "This is how I want it to be. This is how it should be." Such a strong will must be ready to flow out from your innermost self.
When discussing a matter, you must begin with enough leeway to consider the standpoint of, and have compassion for, the other party. In this way, you will be able to overcome differences and engage in truly constructive discussions.
Don't chase profit: let it follow your effort.
Creativity is not just for the development of advanced technology. Apply ingenuity to all matters and continue to improve. Today should be better than yesterday: tomorrow, better than today. Each person in his or her position can develop the practice of thinking about ways to improve efficiency, and about ways to correct the faults of yesterday.
There is no limit to sincere effort. Unlimited effort leads to astounding accomplishments. First, you must eliminate preconceived ideas. Breaking down barriers and crossing into the realm of free thinking leads to success. The confidence gained by pushing through barriers will lead to even greater success.
You should never use your inherent talents for yourself alone. Instead, you should humbly use those talents for the group.
