To judge whether something has suji, or is based on sound reasoning, we should not just ask if it is logical. Rather, we should make certain that decisions are in line with human righteousness. |

We should always base our judgment and conduct on fundamental truths and principles. This means doing what is right as a human being, a concept based on morals and ethics. If your judgment is based on human principles and righteousness, it will be accepted in any situation, regardless of the time or place. |

When undertaking a new enterprise, the most important task is to ask yourself. "Is my motive virtuous or selfish?" If your motive is high-minded and the process of execution is irreproachable, there is no need to worry about the results. |

Management decisions must agree with the generally accepted concept of what is reasonable. In other words, they must be based on fundamental truths and principles. Decisions that violate generally recognized ethics and morals will not turn out well. |

I base all decisions on the criteria of "What is the right thing to do as a human being?" |

Decision-making criteria that are universally right for human beings can be expressed simply, using words such as "impartiality," "fairness," "righteousness," "effort," "courage," "philanthropy" and "sincerity." Establish these universally upstanding decision-making criteria in your heart. Taking action accordingly is a royal road toward success. |

Management must not be based on preconceived notions. If you are not a free-spirited person, who is unconstrained by boundaries, then you cannot expect to develop creative concepts or achieve a high profit ratio. |
