Considering Corporate Management

Earning the trust of your customer is said to be the secret of business. While trust is a critical aspect of the foundation of a business, there is another dimension. In addition to trust, corporations must possess moral excellence and earn the respect of their customers. Building an unshakable relationship with customers, to the point of earning their respect, is the true secret of business.
Acquisitions and mergers are essentially an inter-corporate marriage in which different corporations with completely different cultures join together. Therefore, maximum consideration must be given to the needs and circumstances of the other party.
Uniting the hearts of people raised in different environments requires a universal management rationale. The rationale must inspire confidence, respect, sympathy and passion in people everywhere. I believe that sharing such a management rationale with employees in all parts of the world enables us to break down cultural barriers and proceed with business as a unified body.
