Have an Open Mind

Having an open mind means having the humility to recognize one's weaknesses and the eagerness to overcome them.

Often, capable, hot-tempered or obstinate individuals don't easily listen to others, and when they do, they react rebelliously. If one is to realize one's full potential, however, one must listen to others with an open mind; always reflect upon another's attitude; and watch oneself. Such a person attracts others of a similar mindset, enabling their work to proceed successfully.

We must adopt a humble attitude that welcomes criticism as constructive advice provided to help us improve.
