Make Unselfish Decisions

In decision-making, even the slightest hint of selfishness will cloud our judgment and lead us in the wrong direction.

As human beings, we tend to think in terms of our own benefit. If we put our "ego" first and fail to be considerate of others, it will be difficult to obtain the support of those around us. Such selfish thoughts will adversely affect the morale of the entire group and undermine its functionality.

In our daily work, we must control our egos and constantly ask ourselves if our decisions are righteous as human beings, rather than biased by our own selfish interests.
