Be the Center of the Vortex

No one can accomplish their work alone. In a company, we have superiors, subordinates and colleagues with whom we work to accomplish our tasks. We must create an atmosphere that naturally encourages cooperation. We call this "working at the center of the vortex."

There are all kinds of vortexes in a company. You can easily find yourself simply spinning around in your coworkers' vortexes, never experiencing the real joy of your work.

By becoming the center of your own vortex, you can do your work better by involving the people around you.
