A Passion For Success, published by PHP Research Institute of Japan, Inc. in 1996, presents the life and management philosophy of Kazuo Inamori. This book will be translated into Swahili and published by the University of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania this summer.
His Excellency, Mr. Elly Elikunda Elineema Mtango, Ambassador of the United Republic of Tanzania to Japan, read the book and was deeply impressed. Ambassador Mtango strongly believed this book would contribute to Tanzania’s future development and decided to have it translated and published.
With Ambassador Mtango’s recommendation, His Excellency, Mr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, the President of United Republic of Tanzania, read the book and met with Inamori on July 8. (Please see Kyocera’s news release about the donation of Solar Power Systems to Tanzania.) |
