Inamori gave a lecture on the behavior of the ideal leader should behave, based on his own experiences and the philosophy of Saigo Takamori*.

*Saigo Takamori, one of the most influential samurai in Japanese history, lived during the late Edo period and the early Meiji era. He brought modernization to feudal Japan.
