I have always strived to base my business on the human heart. More specifically, I have focused on ways of establishing and maintaining firm, trustworthy relationships with all of my people at work.
Just as a person has to love in order to be loved, we top management must be pure of heart in order to attract others of a similar nature and build bonding relationships.
That is why I try so hard as the head of our company to control my selfish instincts. I consciously strive to abandon self-interest to the extent that I could actually risk my life for the company my employees love.
While it may be said that there is nothing more fragile and mutable than the human mind, it is also true that a bond of human minds can be among the strongest of all known phenomena.
History is full of wonderful achievements brought about through the meeting of unselfish human minds. But history also contains abundant examples of depraved human minds leading to the destruction and unhappiness of large numbers of people.
Remember that your heart and mind attract others of a similar nature. |
