The Principle of Transparent Management

To build a relationship of trust with employees, it's essential to practice transparent management, where not only executives but even entry-level employees can see how many orders the company has, how far behind the plan they are, what profit is being generated, and how it's utilized. They need to understand the current state of the company with full transparency.

Further, it's vital for top management to lead by example with an open and upright attitude. By doing so, a management philosophy that pursues universally righteous human actions permeates the company, fostering an open and transparent work environment.
